Syllabus:
This course equips the student with a greater knowledge of the Bible. Every Christian minister should be a specialist in the Bible, therefore, this course sets out to study each book interpretatively; that is, the student should seek to get a hold of the controlling thought, the outstanding meaning and message of each book, and then see it in relation to the other books of Scripture.
Instructions:
Read each chapter carefully one chapter at a time. Read the corresponding book of the Bible. Next type a 4-6 page summary of each chapter in this textbook. No less than four pages and no more than six pages on each of the 147 chapters within this textbook. This textbook is a standard in seminary and has been for many years. Upon completion the student will have a precious source of material derived from his/her own studies which will be an invaluable aid throughout their life in the ministry.
